A New Kitchen

Another home, another so-called kitchen. And another temporary one at that. Been away for awhile, moving and enjoying the warmer days (mostly wet and warm unfortunately).
I somewhat enjoy the challenge of moving into a new kitchen, setting it up in a way that works for us and finding features to enjoy that I didn't have before.
Like our GIANT double sink, a little more room to move around and, the best part, windows overlooking our new backyard.

It looks lovely, Janice. Welcome Home.
Hey... T said you guys were thinking of moving, but I've been out of it... where did you end up?
love the light in that first photo. it feels peaceful which is always desired in a kitchen, no?
glad to see the link love for your kitchen over at amanda's place too. your bloggedy blog makes me hungry and seriously has made me think about cooking again (i've been on a 6 month hiatus) i mean, really, thanks to you i made some chicken salad! :)
This is a wonderful blog. I found you through Soulemama. I am in a kitchen transition as well. Last month we sold a house in NJ and we will move into a house in Wayland, MA in 2 weeks and 4 days. In the interim, we have stayed a week in a hotel. Now we are in a rented beach house in Marshfield (great except for the weather) and soon until the closing my husband will stay at in Boston (Motel 6) and the kids and I will be visiting grandparents. I have a blog documenting our experience. I'll show our new house and kitchen soon.
ahh, what a great set-up. have to say I'm jealous... :)
you have definitely pinched a nerve here...we have been in the process of moving for 3 months now (we have crossed the ocean and stayed with family till e found a house) 2 days ago we have finally entered our new house. the joy is overwhelming. my kitchen is small, but it has a great window with a breeze.
enjoy your new place.
